# View filter analytics

See how shoppers use your filter sidebar — visitors, click-through rate, no-result rate, and which filter values get used most.

## What this does

Shows exactly how shoppers interact with your filter sidebar — not just how many people use it, but which values they click most, whether filtering leads them to a dead end or a product click, and which filters tend to get used together. For example, a high **No-result rate** showing up alongside a specific pair in **Usually filtered together** can point you toward a filter combination that's too narrow, or products that are missing a tag shoppers expect.

## Steps

1. In the app, go to **Analytics**.
2. Select the **Filter analytics** tab.
3. Choose a date range: a preset (Today, This week, Last 7 days, Last week, This month, Last 30/60/90 days) or a custom range, up to 91 days back.

## What you'll see

* **Summary cards**: Unique visitors, Click-through rate, No-result rate, Unique desktop visitors, Unique mobile visitors — each compared against the previous period.
* **Filter sessions** chart — sessions over time, with the current period plotted against the previous one for comparison.
* **Top filter option value** — a table of which product attribute/value combinations (e.g. "Color: Blue") get clicked most.
* **Usually filtered together** — combinations of filter values shoppers commonly apply in the same session.
* **Most visited products** — a shared table (also shown on the Search analytics tab) of your most-visited products in the selected period.

Analytics data is processed asynchronously, so very recent activity may take a short while to appear.
