The Channels list showing Online store on with a summary, Thank you page on but marked Needs activation, and Point of sale off
Each place shows its state: a summary when it is on, Needs activation when the block is missing, and Off when it is turned off.

Is it on?

In the list, each place shows:

  • Off — it's switched off.

  • A short summary, such as "Popup at 50% scroll" — it's on.

  • Needs activation — it's on, but you still need to add the Askly block in Shopify's editor. See Thank you, checkout, and account pages.

To choose who sees a survey, how often, and which one wins when two compete, see Choose who sees a survey and how often.
