# Why can’t I see the swatches for my new product?

* The new products may not be showing the variant swatches in the app because they haven't been synced yet.&#x20;
* To fix this, you need to go into the app **Dashboard** and **sync** the data to ensure that the latest information is updated.

### Go to admin app -> Dashboard

* Go to Admin Shopify
* Open admin app GLOBO Color Swatch
* Go to the **Dashboard page**

### Sync data

* In dashboard page
* Find **box sync your online store**
* Click button **update data**
* wait sync process running, when there is a toast sync done, the sync process is complete
