Why can’t I see the swatches for my new product?

  • The new products may not be showing the variant swatches in the app because they haven't been synced yet.

  • To fix this, you need to go into the app Dashboard and sync the data to ensure that the latest information is updated.

Go to admin app -> Dashboard

  • Go to Admin Shopify

  • Open admin app GLOBO Color Swatch

  • Go to the Dashboard page

Sync data

  • In dashboard page

  • Find box sync your online store

  • Click button update data

  • wait sync process running, when there is a toast sync done, the sync process is complete

Check your product in online store

If you have synced successfully and checked the product is still not showing, we can integrate it.
