# Why doesn’t the main product image update when I click a color swatch?

These below requirements are necessary for variant swatches and variant images to work correctly.

* The theme's default **Variant Picker** is enabled on the product page.

* Each variant has a featured image assigned in **Shopify Admin**.

* Your product data has been synced in the **Globo Color Swatch** app by clicking **Update Data**.
