Sort values alphabetically

By default, values inside each filter (like Size, Color, Brand, etc.) are shown in the order your store data provides them. If you want them sorted A → Z (alphabetically), here’s how to do it.

✅ Step-by-Step: Enable Alphabetical Sorting

1. In your Shopify admin, open the Smart Product Filter & Search app.

2. Go to Filter > Manage Filters.

3. Click on the filter sidebar you want to update.

4. Scroll to the filter option you want to sort (e.g. “Color” or “Brand”).

5. Click the ✎ icon next to that filter option.

6. Scroll down and look for the setting: “Sort Values” dropdown From the dropdown, choose: Alphabet (A → Z).

7. Click Save.

🔁 Example

If your “Size” filter has values like: Large, Small, Medium They will be reordered to: Large, Medium, Small → ✅ Alphabetical Order: Large, Medium, Small
