# Add new filter option

✨In the steps below, we will create a new filter option by **Product Tags**!

1. From the app’s left navigation bar, click the **Filters** section.
2. Click the filter sidebar you want to modify.
3. Scroll down to the **Filter Options** section.
4. Click on the **Add Filter option** button.<br>

5. In the **Source** dropdown, select a data type for this new filter option. In this case, we choose the “**Tag**” data source.
6. In the **Label** field, enter the filter option name.
7. In the **Display Type** dropdown, select a filter style for this new filter option.

9. Click the **Save** button to finish.
