Sort product order manually

​✨Manually arranging the order of products within your Shopify collections can enhance the shopping experience by highlighting specific items. To ensure that the Smart Product Filter & Search app reflects these manual arrangements, follow the steps below:​

🔹1. Arrange Product Order in Shopify Collections:

• From your Shopify admin panel, go to Products and select Collections.​

• Choose the collection you wish to reorder.​

• In the Sort dropdown menu, select Manually.​

• Drag and drop the products to achieve your desired order.​

🔹2. Configure the Smart Product Filter & Search App:

• Open the Smart Product Filter & Search app from your Shopify admin.​

• Click on Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.​

• Scroll down to the Sort By section.​

• In the Default sort by dropdown menu, select Same current collection sort option.​

• Click Save to apply the changes.​

🔹3. Synchronize Product Data:

• Return to the app's dashboard.​

• Click the Sync Product Data button to update the app with your manual product order.

By following these steps, your product order will be displayed exactly as you arranged it, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.​

⚠️ Important!

🔹 Don’t forget to sync your product data! If you don’t do that, the manual sorting won’t be reflected on your store. 🔹 Make sure Shopify’s sorting is set to “Manually” in your collection settings.
