🛠 How to Add Synonyms

Step 1 – Open the Synonyms Settings

  1. Go to the Smart Product Filter & Search app.

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Search

  3. Go to Synonyms tab.

Step 2 – Add New Synonym Group

  1. Click Add Synonym.

  2. In the Queries box, enter all keywords you want to set up.

  4. In the Synonym box, enter all related keywords that should be treated as synonyms. For example: t-shirt, tee, shirt

  5. Separate each word with a comma ,

  6. Click Save.

Step 3 - Sync product data in the App Dashboard to update this change

🧠 Tips

  • Keep your synonym groups relevant and simple.

  • Avoid grouping unrelated keywords—it could lead to confusing search results.
