# Select YMM values by value prefix

✨This guide will help you choose the search values used in your YMM form by using prefix values. For example, you can set up to display all metafields that start with the **Year\_** prefix.

### ⚡️1. Go to the YMM Section

From your app's left sidebar, click on **Year Make Model.**

### ⚡️2. Select Your Data Source

Each YMM field (Year, Make, Model) is linked to a data source. 

1. Click the **Edit** button next to the field you want to manage. 
2. Under the **Values** section, select the **By value prefix** option.
3. In the **Values Prefixes** field, enter the prefix you want. For example, you enter *Year\_*. The app will display all values that start with **Year\_** prefix in the Year field.
4. Click **Save** to complete.
5. Repeat for the other two fields (Make and Model)

### ⚡️3. Save Your Form

After configuring all three dropdowns, click **Save** to complete your YMM form setup.

### 🙌 You’re Done!

Your YMM filter will now use the correct values for each field. You can update or change these values anytime in this section.
