# App pricing

This guide answers common questions about our app pricing, product counting, subscription management, and refund policies.

***

#### 📦 Is there a plan for stores with over 50,000 products?

Yes. For stores with more than 50,000 but fewer than 100,000 products, we offer a plan priced at **$399/month (Shopify Plan stores) and $499/month (Shopify Plus stores).**

***

#### 🔢 How are products counted if they have multiple variants?

Each product is counted as **one**, regardless of the number of variants it has.\
For example, a product with 3 colors and 4 sizes is still counted as **one product**.

***

#### 🚫 Are unpublished or draft products counted?

No. Only products that are published to the **Online Store** sales channel are counted toward your plan.

***

#### 📈 What happens if I exceed my plan's product limit?

If your store exceeds the product limit of your current plan, the store owner will receive a notification email requesting you to upgrade your plan.

***

#### ❌ How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. This will **automatically cancel your subscription** — no extra steps needed.

***

#### 💵 Can I get a refund if I don’t want to use the app anymore?

We offer a **14-day free trial** to explore all features.\
If you decide the app isn’t right for you, uninstall it before the trial ends to avoid charges.\
If you’ve been charged, we may issue a **refund for the most recent billing cycle** upon request.

> ✅ To ensure a smooth cancellation, make sure to follow the correct uninstall steps before removing the app.
