This page lists the new features, improvements and fixes in Globo B2B Bulk Order, newest first. You can also see recent changes in the app: in Shopify admin, go to **Apps** > **Globo B2B Bulk Order** and scroll down the Dashboard to **Latest updates**. Recent cards carry a **New** or **Improved** badge, and **Try it out** opens the page where you set the feature up (for the Quick Order options, your list of Quick Order forms).

To turn them on, click **Quick Order** in the app navigation, click the pencil icon (**Edit**) on a form, select the **Customize** tab, go to the **File upload order** section, turn on the options you want and click **Save**. {% endhint %} ## October 2026 ### New * **Order CSV download** — Turn on **Let buyers download orders as CSV** in **Settings** > **Order export**, choose the file's **Columns** and save. Buyers then see a **Download CSV** action on each order in their customer account (new customer accounts only). See [Order export](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/settings/order-export.md). * **Reorder from a downloaded order** — Buyers can upload a CSV they got with **Download CSV** to a Quick Order form that has **Enable file upload** turned on, to order the same items again. Its column headings are recognised in every language that is published in **Settings** > **Translations**. See [Order export](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/settings/order-export.md). * **AI translation for your storefront** — In **Settings** > **Translations**, edit a language other than English and click **Auto-translate** to fill in every string that is untranslated or outdated. The results arrive as unsaved changes, so you can review them before you save, and **Usage** shows how much of your monthly AI allowance is left. See [Auto-translate with AI](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/settings/auto-translate.md). * **Paste a SKU list** — Turn on **Allow pasting a SKU list** in the form editor (**Customize** > **File upload order**). Buyers click **Bulk order** (and **Paste list**, if file upload is also on), paste one SKU or barcode and quantity per line (two columns copied from a spreadsheet work too), then click **Review items**. See [Let buyers paste a SKU list](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/paste-a-sku-list.md). * **Review before adding to cart** — For pasted lists and uploaded files, each line says what will happen, for example **2 lines combined**, **Only 6 available — 6 will be added** or **Out of stock — won't be added**. Codes that match no product are listed too. See [Let buyers upload an order file](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/upload-an-order-file.md) and [Let buyers paste a SKU list](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/paste-a-sku-list.md). * **Downloadable order summary** — Turn on **Let customers download the review summary** to add a **Download summary** button to the review. Buyers get `order-summary.csv` with the columns `SKU / Barcode`, `Product`, `Requested`, `To add`, `Price` and `Note`, including the items that couldn't be added and why. The option shows once **Enable file upload** or **Allow pasting a SKU list** is on. See [Let buyers upload an order file](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/upload-an-order-file.md). * **Clear cart and add** — Turn on **Show “Clear cart and add” button** to add a **Clear cart and add** button to the review. It empties the buyer's cart first, so the cart holds exactly the reviewed items. The option shows once **Enable file upload** or **Allow pasting a SKU list** is on. See [Let buyers upload an order file](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/upload-an-order-file.md). * **Your spreadsheet column names** — Under **Spreadsheet column names** (shown while **Enable file upload** is on), add the names your buyers' files use, for example `Part Number` in **Extra SKU column names**. `SKU`, `Barcode`, `UPC`, `EAN`, `GTIN`, `Qty` and `Quantity` columns are always recognised. See [Let buyers upload an order file](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/upload-an-order-file.md). * **Latest updates on the Dashboard** — A new Dashboard section shows recent changes, most with a **Try it out** button that opens the right page. See [Dashboard](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/getting-started/dashboard.md). ### Improved * **Faster SKU matching** — While a large product list is still loading, pasted and uploaded codes are looked up right away, so buyers usually get the review without waiting for the whole list. A spinner shows while it runs, and screen readers announce **Matching your items…**. If a code isn't found, or several products share it, the review waits until the list has finished loading. See [Let buyers paste a SKU list](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/paste-a-sku-list.md). * **.xlsx uploads and a sample file** — `.xlsx` order files import reliably. **Download sample file** in the upload window gives buyers `quick-order-sample.xlsx` with `SKU`, `Quantity` and `Product` columns, pre-filled with a few SKUs from your form. See [Let buyers upload an order file](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/upload-an-order-file.md). * **Clear reasons when an item can't be added** — If Shopify refuses an item from a pasted list or uploaded file, the error message gives Shopify's reason or names the item that couldn't be added. The other items still go into the cart. See [Let buyers upload an order file](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/upload-an-order-file.md). * **Clearer message for large PDFs and images** — PDFs and images larger than 8 MB are refused before upload with **PDFs and images must be smaller than 8 MB. Please use a smaller file.** See [Let buyers upload an order file](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/upload-an-order-file.md). * **A clearer translation editor** — The editor lists the **Storefront sections** down the side with your progress and shows the English wording next to each translation. Use **Search strings** and **Sort** to find what's left; an **Outdated** badge marks translations whose English wording has changed. See [Edit translations](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/settings/edit-translations.md). * **Refreshed Dashboard** — **Analytics overview** now shows whether the app embed is active and adds an **Average order value** card. **Bulk order tools** shows how many forms of each tool are active, and **Help and resources** links to **Documentation**, **Video tutorial**, **Live chat** and **Contact support**. See [Dashboard](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/getting-started/dashboard.md). * **Ready for the new Shopify admin** — The app follows the new Shopify admin design, and the form editor opens in a full-screen window. See [Create a Quick Order form](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/create-a-form.md). * **Language switch confirms the change** — When you pick an admin language with the language button on the Dashboard, the app shows **Language updated**. If the change can't be saved, the app returns to your saved language and shows **Couldn't change the language. Try again.** See [Dashboard](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/getting-started/dashboard.md). * **New Contact us form** — In **Contact Us**, choose a topic under **What do you need help with?** and then **Which issue best describes it?**. You can add a **Page URL**, a **Collaborator request code**, your **Store password** and up to 5 screenshots or videos (7 MB in total). See [Contact support](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/help/contact-support.md). * **Security and reliability improvements.** ### Fixed * **Continue-selling variants can be ordered** — Variants set to continue selling when out of stock, or that don't track inventory, can be added from the Quick Order form. Before, their quantity buttons and **Add** were turned off. See [Quick Order Form](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/overview.md). * **Your English wording is kept** — Wording you edit for English in **Settings** > **Translations** is no longer reset to the defaults when the app opens. Only missing strings are filled in. See [Edit translations](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/settings/edit-translations.md). * **Better theme compatibility** — The bulk order tools work better with the menu and cart drawer of more themes. See [Troubleshooting](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/help/troubleshooting.md). ## September 2026 ### New * **Hide the variant selector for single-variant products** — In a Collection Quick Order form, **Hide variant selector for single-variant products** (**Customize** > **Show columns**) is on by default. Products with only one variant then show the add-to-cart button without a dropdown. The option appears with the **Classic** template when the **Variant** column is on and **Show variants in a popover** is off. See [Add a button below products](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/collection-quick-order/button-below-product.md). ### Improved * **Works with Globo B2B Wholesale Pricing** — If you also use [Globo B2B Wholesale Pricing](https://apps.shopify.com/wholesale-sami), the Quick Order form's footer **Total** shows the wholesale-discounted cart total. See [FAQ](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/help/faq.md#does-the-app-set-wholesale-or-tiered-prices). ### Fixed * **Prices in your store's format** — Collection Quick Order and Variant Table prices follow your store's currency format (thousand and decimal separators) and the currency the buyer selected. See [Collection Quick Order](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/collection-quick-order/overview.md) and [Variant Table](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/variant-table/overview.md). * **Collection Quick Order in the right place** — Collection Quick Order no longer appears inside cart drawer items, sits next to the price on more themes, and shows on each product card on themes where it used to show only once for the whole grid. See [Collection Quick Order](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/collection-quick-order/overview.md). * **Use demo file works on every form** — **Use demo file** in the Quick Order upload window also works when it's clicked before all products have loaded (it waits for them), and with products that have no SKU. See [Let buyers upload an order file](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/upload-an-order-file.md). * **The app opens more reliably** — An expired Shopify admin session no longer causes an error when the app loads. See [Troubleshooting](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/help/troubleshooting.md). ## August 2026 ### New * **Capture the buyer's PO number** — When buyers review an uploaded file, they can enter a **PO / Order # (optional)**. It's filled in automatically when a PDF or image contains a PO, order or reference number, and it's saved on the order as `Customer PO #` (under **Additional details** and in the order note). See [Let buyers upload an order file](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/upload-an-order-file.md). ### Improved * **Faster, more accurate PDF purchase orders** — PDF purchase orders with a regular item table are read faster and more accurately. See [Let buyers upload an order file](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/upload-an-order-file.md). * **Clearer upload progress** — While a file is read, buyers see a spinner, which screen readers announce as **Processing file…** or **Analyzing image…**, and the items they confirm go straight into the cart. See [Let buyers upload an order file](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/upload-an-order-file.md). * **Large catalogs load in full** — Quick Order forms that show **All products** are no longer limited to 250 products, and products with many variants load all their variants. Buyers can use the table as soon as the first page loads while the rest keeps loading. You place the form on a page with an app block or shortcode.
