# FAQ

Short answers about pricing, wholesale prices, B2B, themes, languages, mobile, data and uninstalling Globo B2B Bulk Order.

Quick answers to the questions merchants ask most. For step-by-step fixes, see [Troubleshooting](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/help/troubleshooting.md).

## Pricing and plans

### How much does Globo B2B Bulk Order cost?

See the [Globo B2B Bulk Order listing on the Shopify App Store](https://apps.shopify.com/sami-b2b-bulk-order) for current pricing.

Inside the app there are no plans or upgrade screens. Every store gets every tool, with no plan limits. **Auto-translate** uses a monthly AI allowance, shown under **Usage** in the translation editor.

### Does the app set wholesale or tiered prices?

No. Globo B2B Bulk Order doesn't calculate prices: it adds products to the cart at the prices your store already charges. To give B2B buyers their own prices, use [Globo B2B Wholesale Pricing](https://apps.shopify.com/wholesale-sami). When it's installed, it reprices the cart, and the Quick Order form's footer **Total** shows its discounted total.

The prices in the bulk order review step, and in the review summary file, are your regular prices. The wholesale prices apply once the items are in the cart.

### Can I set a minimum order quantity?

Yes, in the [Variant Table](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/variant-table/overview.md). Its **Advanced restrictions** include minimum and maximum quantities, quantity steps, pack sizes and order values. See [Set quantity rules](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/variant-table/quantity-rules.md).

The Quick Order form and Collection Quick Order don't have quantity rules. They only limit quantities to the available stock.

## B2B and compatibility

### Do I need Shopify Plus or Shopify B2B?

No. The app doesn't check your Shopify plan, and none of its tools are reserved for Shopify Plus.

To show a tool only to your B2B buyers, tag those customers in Shopify (for example `wholesale` or `b2b`) and choose **Customers with tags** in the form's **Visibility** tab. You can also show a tool to **Logged-in customers only**. See [Customer & product targeting](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/targeting-and-design/customer-and-product-targeting.md).

### Does it work with Shopify B2B companies?

Visibility rules use customer tags and login status, not B2B companies. To show a tool to a company's buyers, give those customers a tag and target it.

With [Order export](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/settings/order-export.md) turned on, buyers download their orders as a CSV file from their customer account, and B2B location admins can also download their company location's orders. This needs new customer accounts.

### Does it work with my theme?

You add everything in Shopify's theme editor, without editing code:

* the **Globo Bulk Order** app embed, which every tool needs
* the **GloboBO quick order form** block, for each Quick Order form

The Variant Table and Collection Quick Order find your theme's product form and product cards by themselves, and they recognize most themes. If a tool doesn't appear or sits in the wrong place, [contact support](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/help/contact-support.md) and choose the topic **Theme and other apps**. We can check your theme.

If your theme doesn't offer app blocks in a section, you can paste a form's embed code into a theme template file instead.

App embeds and blocks belong to one theme. When you publish another theme, turn on the app embed there and add the blocks again. See [Enable the app embed](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/getting-started/enable-app-embed.md).

### Does it slow down my store?

The app loads one small script in your theme. If you have no **Active** forms or tables, it stops right away. Otherwise it loads only the code for the tools on the current page. Settings come from data already in your store, and product details come straight from Shopify.

## Using the tools

### Can I show more than one form on a page?

* **Quick Order form:** yes. Add one **GloboBO quick order form** block per form. Each form keeps its own settings and style.
* **Variant Table:** one per product page. If several Active tables match a product, the one you created most recently shows.
* **Collection Quick Order:** one per product card, with the same rule.

**Custom CSS** isn't limited to one form. CSS you add to one form also applies to matching elements of other forms on the same page. See [Design & custom CSS](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/targeting-and-design/design-and-custom-css.md).

### Can buyers order from a spreadsheet or a purchase order?

Yes, with the Quick Order form's **Bulk order** button. Buyers can upload a CSV, Excel, PDF or image file, or paste SKUs with quantities, check the matched items and add them all at once. See [Let buyers upload an order file](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/upload-an-order-file.md) and [Let buyers paste a SKU list](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/quick-order-form/paste-a-sku-list.md).

### Where does the buyer's PO number go?

In the bulk order review, buyers can fill in **PO / Order # (optional)**. It's filled in for them when the app finds a PO number in an uploaded PDF or image. Once items are added, the number is saved on the order as `Customer PO #` (under **Additional details**) and as a `Customer PO #: …` line in the order note.

### Can buyers reorder a past order?

Yes. Turn on [Order export](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/settings/order-export.md). Buyers download the order as a CSV file from their customer account, then upload it to a Quick Order form that has file upload turned on. Keep the **SKU** (or **Barcode**) and **Quantity** columns in the export, which they are by default. Also make sure the form includes the products, because only the form's own products can match.

### Does it work on mobile?

Yes. On phones, the Quick Order form shows each row as a stacked card, buttons fill the width, and the footer with **View cart** and **Checkout** stays at the bottom of the screen. The Variant Table scrolls sideways inside its card when it's wider than the screen.

In the app, you can switch the form editor's preview between **Desktop view** and **Mobile view**.

## Languages

### Which languages can the storefront tools show?

Any language you add to your store in Shopify admin under **Settings** > **Languages**. In the app, go to **Settings** > **Translations**, click **Add language**, then translate the wording yourself or with **Auto-translate**. Buyers see the tools in the language they browse your store in.

The Variant Table's quantity rule messages are always in English. See [Translations](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/settings/overview.md).

### Can I change the language of the app itself?

Yes. Use the language button at the top of the Dashboard. The admin is available in 18 languages. The choice applies to everyone who opens the app for your store. It doesn't change the wording in **Settings** > **Translations**, with one exception: Variant Tables you create get their column headers in the admin language, and those headers don't follow Translations. See [Dashboard](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/getting-started/dashboard.md).

### Does Auto-translate have a limit?

Yes. Your store has a monthly AI allowance for Auto-translate. Click **Usage** in the translation editor to see how much is used. It resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Nothing reaches your store until you review the translations and click **Save**. See [Auto-translate with AI](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/settings/auto-translate.md).

## Data and uninstalling

### What data does the app use, and does it use AI?

* CSV and Excel files and pasted lists are read in the buyer's browser. Only the SKUs and barcodes go to the app's server, to find the matching products faster.
* Images that buyers upload, and PDFs that aren't a simple SKU table, are read by an AI service. The files aren't kept.
* **Auto-translate** sends only your storefront wording to the AI service, no customer or order data.
* The app doesn't store your customers' personal data. For the Dashboard numbers, it keeps only each counted order's ID, total, currency, date and which tool added the items.

For the full list of permissions and data, see [Permissions & data](/globo-b2b-bulk-order/reference/permissions-and-data.md).

### What happens if I uninstall the app?

As soon as Shopify reports the uninstall, the app deletes your forms, tables, translations, settings and Dashboard numbers. If you install it again, you start from scratch: earlier forms aren't restored.

A few things remain:

* PO numbers that buyers entered stay on their orders.
* The settings the app saved in your store's shop metafields (the ones named **\[Do not edit]**) stay in Shopify. Without the app, nothing on your storefront uses them.
* The month's AI allowance use is kept, so reinstalling doesn't reset it.

To pause the tools without losing your setup, turn off the app embed or set your forms to **Draft** instead.
