# Contact support

Open **Contact** in the app navigation, or use the live chat bubble anywhere in the app.

## Support channels

* **Live chat** — in-app; typically replies within 5 minutes during working hours (Mon–Fri · 8:00–11:30, 13:00–17:30 UTC+7). Outside those hours, your message is queued and answered as soon as the team is back online.
* **Contact form** — pick a topic, describe the issue; replies usually within 24 hours, any time.

## Topics

The form covers: *Combined listing not showing · Variant switcher (the option picker on your product page) — display or position · Product grouping issue · Swatch or option style (how your option choices look) · Price, inventory, or image issue · Theme or app conflict · Pricing, plan, or feature question · Other.*

## What to include

The more of this you provide, the faster the fix:

| Field                                      | Why it helps                                                                                                                                    |
| ------------------------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Product/page URL**                       | Lets the team see the exact page with the issue.                                                                                                |
| **Screenshot or video**                    | Shows the problem as you see it (uploads accepted in the form).                                                                                 |
| **Collaborator request code** *(optional)* | Lets the team request temporary admin access to fix or fine-tune your theme directly. Find it in Shopify under **Settings → Users → Security**. |
