FAQ
Quick answers about pricing, product safety, limits, SEO, speed, and uninstalling.
Is this the same as Shopify's built-in Combined listings?
No. Shopify has its own native "Combined listings" feature, but it's only available on Shopify Plus and Enterprise plans. Globo Combined Listings is a separate app that does the same core job — presenting separate products as one listing with switchable options — but works on every plan, including Basic and Grow.
Does the app change my products?
No. Grouping only adds display data alongside your products. Titles, prices, variants, inventory, and SEO pages stay exactly as they are. Deleting a group (or uninstalling) just removes the combined presentation.
Can a product be in two groups?
No — a product belongs to at most one group. The product picker disables already-grouped products, and imports that violate this fail with a clear error.
How many options can a group have?
The editor supports multiple options per group (e.g. Color + Size). CSV import supports up to 3 option/value pairs per row.
Will it slow down my store?
The storefront script is designed to be near-invisible to performance: a tiny loader (under 2 KB), lazy loading for card widgets, and server-rendered product-page widgets. See How it works.
Does it affect SEO?
Each product keeps its own URL and page — combined listings link between them rather than merging them, so existing rankings are preserved. When a shopper picks a value, they navigate to the real product URL (not a query-string variant), which search engines already index.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes — 36 popular themes have tuned profiles and all others use a generic fallback. See Theme compatibility.
What happens when I uninstall?
Widgets disappear immediately. Your groups, styles, and settings are kept for 30 days — reinstall within that window and everything is restored. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted. See Permissions & data.
