# Where Do Contact Form Submissions Go?

Where messages from the menu contact form are delivered.

The menu's **Contact form** block uses Shopify's own contact form, so messages arrive exactly like messages from your store's contact page: they're emailed to your store's **customer email** (Shopify admin > **Settings** > **General** > **Store details**).

**Not receiving messages?**

1. Check the customer email in **Settings** > **General** > **Store details**.
2. Look in your spam or junk folder.
3. Send a test message from your **live** storefront (not from the app's preview).
