# Get Help

Free installation, live chat and email support.

Stuck on a setting, the menu doesn't look right on your theme, or you'd like us to set it up for you? Our team offers free installation and customization support. Choose the channel that suits you.

### Open Contact

Click **Contact** in the app sidebar. The **Contact us** form opens.

### Enter your email

Type the **Email** address where we should reply.

### Add your collaborator request code

So we can access your store's apps and themes, enter your **Collaborator request code** (1). To find this 4-digit code, go to Shopify admin > **Settings** > **Users and permissions** and scroll down to **Collaborators**.

### Describe the issue and submit

Fill in the **Subject** and **Message**, then click **Submit** (2). All fields are required. You'll see **Message sent** when it's done.

**Get a faster answer:** include the page URL where the problem happens, what you expected to see, and a screenshot. If your store is password-protected, include the storefront password too.
