Where Do Contact Form Submissions Go?

Where messages from the menu contact form are delivered.

The menu's Contact form block uses Shopify's own contact form, so messages arrive exactly like messages from your store's contact page: they're emailed to your store's customer email (Shopify admin > Settings > General > Store details).

Not receiving messages?

1. Check the customer email in Settings > General > Store details.

2. Look in your spam or junk folder.

3. Send a test message from your live storefront (not from the app's preview).
