# Add contact form to menu

## 🛠️ Step-by-step instructions

### 1. Add a submenu to a main menu item

* In the **Globo Mega Menu** app, locate the main menu item where you want to add the contact form.​
* Click **Add Submenu**.​
* Choose **Mega menu** and then select **Blank** to create a new submenu layout

### 2. Add a Contact form block

* Click the **Add block** button to add a new block to the submenu.
* Select **Contact form** from the list of block types.​
* Click on the form to add it to your submenu layout.

### 3. Configure the Contact form

* Set up the form's title and description as desired.​
* Adjust the width and other settings to fit your design preferences.

### 4. Save and Publish

* After configuring the form, click **Apply changes** to apply the changes.​
* Ensure you **Publish** the updated menu so that the contact form appears on your live store.

## ⁉️ Which email is the contact form submission sent to?

When customers submit the contact form on the menu, the form submissions will be sent to “Customer email” here.
