# Add item from exising page

Sometimes you don't need to create a menu item from scratch but instead want to link to an existing page, collection, or product. Globo Mega Menu allows you to easily add such items to your menu, ensuring that your navigation is always up-to-date and reflects the content available on your website.

### 🛠️ Step 1: Access the Menu Settings

1. Go to the **Globo Mega Menu app** within your Shopify admin panel.
2. Navigate to the menu you want to edit or create a new one.

### 📝 Step 2: Add an Item from an Existing Page

1. Click on the **"Select item"** tab in the menu editor. This will give you access to your existing pages, collections, and products that you can add to the menu.
2. Browse through the available options or use the search bar to find the page, collection, or product you want to link to.
3. Once you’ve found the desired item, click on it to add it to your menu.
4. The selected item will automatically appear as a menu item with the correct link, title, and other relevant information.
5. You can adjust the title, icon, image, description, and other optional fields if needed to match your design preferences.
6. Click **Add** button to finish.

### 🧠 Tips for Adding Items from Existing Pages

* **Linking to Popular Pages**: If you have high-traffic pages (e.g., your “Home” page, “Shop” page, or a special “Sale” page), ensure they are easy to find on your menu for better navigation.
* **Update Titles**: Even if the page or product title is already set, you can modify the displayed title for consistency with your menu design.
* **Use Categories**: If you're linking to a collection or product category, group related items together for a more organized and user-friendly menu.

By following these steps, you can easily add pre-existing pages, products, and collections to your menu, ensuring your visitors have quick access to the key sections of your website.
