# Show search box on menu

Enhance your store's navigation by adding a search box directly within your mega menu. This feature allows customers to quickly find products or information, improving the overall user experience.

#### 🛠️ Steps to Enable the Search Box

1. **Access General Settings**:
   * Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
   * Navigate to the **Globo Mega Menu** app.
   * In the left-hand navigation bar, click on **General Settings**.
2. **Locate the "Show Search Box" Option**:
   * Within the General Settings, find the checkbox labeled **Show search box**.
   * Check the box to display the search box in your menu.
   * Uncheck the box if you wish to hide the search box.
3. **Preview and Publish**:
   * To ensure the changes appear as desired, publish the menu on a duplicated theme.
   * Review the updates before applying them to your live site.
