Overview
How the app works alongside page builders, other Globo apps, and third-party apps and themes.
The app runs inside your theme, on your product pages, alongside every other app you have installed. In most cases this works without any configuration. This section covers the cases that need attention.

What the app needs on a page
The app needs three things to work on a page:
2
A product in context
A product page, or a featured product section. A general page with no product has nothing to attach options to
3
A place to render, and a form to attach to
Automatic placement finds your theme's product form. Where another tool builds the page instead, an app block or a CSS selector may be needed
When options do not appear, the cause is usually the second or third item.
When to contact support
Theme and app integration is the most common request our support team handles, and most cases are a small piece of integration work rather than a setting you have missed.
Contact support about:
Options not appearing in a quickview or a sticky add-to-cart bar
Conditions based on Shopify variants not firing on your theme
Options not rendering on a page built with a page builder
Anything that works on one theme and not on another
Remember to include your theme name, the app involved, and a link to the page. See Contact support.
