# Why is my pre-order button not showing?

If your pre-order button is not appearing on your storefront, please check the following settings.

### 1. Make Sure the App Embed Is Enabled

The pre-order widget requires the app embed to be enabled in your theme.

To check:

1. Go to **Online Store → Themes**
2. Click **Customize**
3. Open **App Embeds**
4. Enable the **Globo Preorder** app embed
5. Click **Save**

If the app embed is disabled, the pre-order button will not appear on your storefront.

### 2. Verify Your Inventory Conditions

The pre-order button only appears when the product's inventory matches the conditions configured in the app.

Please check the following values:

#### Limit Quantity

This determines how many units can be sold through pre-order.

Make sure the limit quantity has not already been reached.

#### End Quantity

This controls when the pre-order campaign stops.

#### Inventory Condition

Review the inventory condition configured in your pre-order campaign.

For example:

* Show when inventory is less than 0
* Show when inventory is less than or equal to 0
* Show when inventory is below a custom threshold

The product's current inventory must meet the selected condition for the pre-order button to appear.
