If the Pre-order button fails to display on your storefront, please review the following conditions:
✅ 1. Enable Pre-order Display
Ensure that the pre-order status is set to enabled in the app settings.
📅 2. Check Start Condition
The start date may not have been reached yet.
OR the product quantity hasn’t met the condition to trigger pre-order status.
⏳ 3. Check End Condition
The end date may have already passed, or
The product may have exceeded the defined quantity limit for pre-orders.
⚙️ 4. Inventory Setup in Shopify
Make sure you've enabled for the out of stock variants.
“Continue selling when out of stock” (In Shopify Admin > Product Settings)
This allows pre-orders to be placed even when the item is out of stock.
💡 Note: If you've selected "Keep your product inventory setup" in overselling settings, the pre-order button will not appear unless the above checkbox is ticked.
🎨 5. Theme Integration
Ensure the app is installed on the correct theme.
After verifying, recheck the storefront on the theme where the app is integrated.
