How to Prevent Customers from Canceling Pre-Orders

By default, the Order Notification Email includes a link that allows customers to cancel their order. To prevent this, follow the steps below:

Steps:

  1. From the App Dashboard, go to Notification Email.

  2. Navigate to the Footer section.

  3. Uncheck the option: ✅ “Display link to cancel order”

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.


✅ Once this is disabled, the Cancel Order link will no longer appear in the notification emails sent to customers.
