By default, the Order Notification Email includes a link that allows customers to cancel their order. To prevent this, follow the steps below:
Steps:
From the App Dashboard, go to Notification Email.
Navigate to the Footer section.
Uncheck the option: ✅ “Display link to cancel order”
Click Save to apply the changes.
✅ Once this is disabled, the Cancel Order link will no longer appear in the notification emails sent to customers.
