Fulfillment Order Status

The app offer 3 set ups in the order status that you can decide for order after it's made.

From the Profile detail -> Fulfillment:

Pre-orders will be fulfilled:

Not Sure

  • Set status to On Hold or Unfulfilled

  • Release orders manually when ready

Specific Date

  • Choose an exact date to fulfill orders

  • Set initial status: Scheduled, Unfulfilled, or On Hold

  • Pre-order products will remain in the status you select and change to Unfulfilled on the specified date

After x days after checkout

  • Set number of days after checkout to fulfill orders

  • Choose initial status: Unfulfilled or On Hold

  • Pre-order products will be in the status you select. It will change to Unfulfilled on the specified number of days following checkout

Release order on hold

If you have an order on hold and want to released it, go to the Orders page -> select the order you want to release hold -> use bulk release hold.
