Auto-send email to the customer to notify preorder item after they place their order

How to enable

• Go to Settings → Pre-order → Email Template → Notification Email.

• Check "Auto-send email to the customer after they place their pre-order".

Customize email template

• Edit the email subject and text color.

• Use available variables to insert dynamic data.

• In the footer, you can enable/disable the link for customers to cancel their order.

Save and send test

• Click Save.

• Send a test email to verify the design and content.
