How to enable

  • Go to SettingsPre-orderEmail TemplateNotification Email.

Customize email template

  • Edit the email subject and text color.

  • Use available variables to insert dynamic data.

  • In the Sections tab, customize the header, body, and footer

  • In the footer, you can enable/disable the link for customers to cancel their order.

Save and send test

  • Click Save.

  • Send a test email to verify the design and content.
