Remove "Cancel Order" Link from Pre-order Emails
By default, the pre-order confirmation email can include a Cancel Order link in the footer. If you don't want customers to be able to access this link from the email, you can disable it in the email template settings.
Disable the "Cancel Order" Link
Open the Pre-order app.
Go to Notifications → Email Customer Place Order.
Scroll down to the Footer section.
Turn off Display link to cancel order.
Click Save.
Once disabled, the Cancel Order link will no longer appear in the footer of your pre-order confirmation emails.
Note: Disabling this option only removes the link from the email. It does not affect your store's order cancellation policy or other ways customers may contact you to request an order cancellation.
