⚠️ Restrictions
Payment Gateways – Only Shopify Payments & PayPal Express; no accelerated or local payment methods.
Platform Limits – Not available for POS, draft orders, or “Buy X Get Y” discounts.

Legacy Model

Works with all store payment methods, including accelerated (Shop Pay, Apple Pay) and local (Klarna, etc.).
Compatible with most Shopify discount codes and automatic discounts.
No deferred payment date required—ideal for flexible restock or fulfillment timelines.
⚠️ Disadvantages
With partial payments, customers can only purchase one item at a time.
Shipping fees may be inaccurate if using cart total–based rules with partial payments.
