# Change swatch position on product detail page

You can easily move the swatches to any position on your product page using Shopify's theme editor.

### Steps by steps

1. In Shopify Admin, go to **Online Store → Themes → Customize**.
2. Open a product page template.
3. In the left sidebar, find the **Variant Swatches** app block.
4. Drag and drop the block to your preferred position.
5. Click **Save**.

You can use the application block to move to the position you want.

> * The theme's default **Variant Picker** block must remain on the product page for variant selection and Add to Cart functionality to work properly.
> * You can move the app block anywhere within the product information section.
