Smart Product Filter & Search

Swatches keep working after a shopper filters or sorts a collection — no setup needed.

Filter and search apps rebuild the product grid without reloading the page, so the swatches on the new product cards have to be drawn again each time.

With Smart Product Filter & Search this is automatic. GLO Color Swatch recognises the app and redraws the swatches itself every time the grid changes — after a filter, a sort, a search or loading more products. There is nothing to install, no toggle to turn on and no code to paste.

What to expect

Open a collection page, apply a filter and the swatches stay on every product card in the filtered results, with the same style and behaviour as before filtering.

For this to work, the usual two conditions still apply:

If the swatches disappear after filtering

  1. Check the two settings above.

  2. Click Update data in the app if you've recently changed products, so both apps are working from the same catalogue — see Sync product data.

  3. Still missing? Contact support with your store's collection URL and we'll take a look.

Using a different filter or search app? Support for those varies. Contact support with the app's name and we'll tell you whether it's handled automatically or needs a small adjustment.
