# Manage vehicles in Vehicle Manager

See every vehicle in your Vehicle Finder, add vehicles by hand, choose which products fit each one, and delete vehicles in bulk.

## What this does

**Vehicle Manager** is the list of every vehicle your Vehicle Finder knows about, and which products fit each one. It's where you check that an import worked, fix a single vehicle without re-uploading a spreadsheet, and clean up vehicles you no longer sell parts for.

For example, if a new "2025 Toyota Camry" should show your brake pads, you can add that vehicle here and pick the brake pads from your catalog — no spreadsheet needed. When a shopper then picks 2025 / Toyota / Camry in the form, those products appear.

Vehicle Manager is on the app's **Vehicle Finder** page, below **Form fields** and **Form design**.

## Read the metrics

Four numbers at the top summarize your data:

* **Vehicles** — how many vehicles are in the list.
* **Fitments** — how many vehicle-to-product links exist in total.
* **Products covered** — how many products fit at least one vehicle.
* **Unassigned vehicles** — vehicles with no products yet. When there are any, a **Needs products** badge appears — shoppers who pick one of these vehicles find nothing, so assign products to them or delete them.

## Find vehicles

* Type in **Search vehicles or products** to find vehicles by any attribute or by a product that fits them.
* Click **Add filter** under the search box to narrow the list by an attribute (for example **Make** is Toyota, or **Year** is 2020 and 2021). Attributes with many values have their own search box.
* Choose the **Products** filter to pick products from your catalog and see only the vehicles they fit.

Each row shows the vehicle's attributes (Year, Make, Model, and any extra columns you imported) and **Products** — how many products fit it. The list shows 25 vehicles per page; use the arrows at the bottom to move between pages.

## Add a vehicle manually

1. In **Vehicle Manager**, click **Add vehicle**.
2. Enter a value for each attribute — for example **Year** 2025, **Make** Toyota, **Model** Camry. If you haven't imported any vehicles yet, enter each **Attribute** name and its **Value** instead, clicking **Add attribute** for more rows.
3. Click **Add**.

The new vehicle has no products yet — assign them in the next step. Fitments you add here are kept even when you later import a file with **Replace previous file import data** checked.

## Choose which products fit a vehicle

1. Find the vehicle in the list and click **Manage products** on its row.
2. The Shopify product picker opens with the products that already fit this vehicle selected. Select or deselect products.
3. Confirm your selection. The app saves the change right away and updates the product count on that row.

## Delete vehicles

1. Check the box on each vehicle you want to delete. To select more at once, click **Select all on this page**, or **Select all … matching current filters** to include every vehicle that matches your current search and filters across all pages. Click **Undo** to cancel an all-matching selection.
2. Click **Delete**.
3. Review the confirmation and click **Delete (number)**.

Deleting removes the vehicles and their product fitments, and updates vehicle compatibility data on those products in search. It can't be undone.

To remove everything at once, click **Clear all vehicles** at the top of Vehicle Manager — see [Import vehicle data](/vehicle-finder/import-vehicle-data.md#remove-all-vehicle-data).
