# Set up Vehicle Finder form

Add a Vehicle Finder form to your storefront so shoppers can search for products that fit their vehicle, by Year, Make, and Model.

Add a **Vehicle Finder** form to your storefront so shoppers can search for products that fit their vehicle — by Year, Make, and Model, or other fields you configure. This is commonly used by stores selling auto parts and accessories.

## Turn on the form

1. In the app, go to **Vehicle Finder**.
2. Turn on the settings switch to enable the form.
3. Set a **Form heading** — the title shown above the form.
4. Optionally turn on **Show search input** to add a free-text search box alongside the Year/Make/Model selects.
5. Customize the form's appearance: input border radius, background color, heading text color, input label/border/background colors, and button text/background colors.
6. Click **Save**.

## Add the form to your theme

Add the **Vehicle Finder Form** block to a page through the Shopify theme editor's app blocks, the same way you add other app widgets.

If you need to place the form somewhere the theme editor's app blocks can't reach (for example, inside a custom section), copy the shortcode shown on the Vehicle Finder page and paste it into that location instead.
