Data in excel tool

Explanation column:

  • Value: name of value option variant,

  • Select type: import data type

  • Custom: new value data (color, link image)

You can change only column "Select type" and "Custom"

4. Change data file

  • Do not edit column "Value"

  • For the value you want to leave blank, use "one color" for "select type" column and use text "transparent" for "Custom" column

Column "Select type", use only one of the types: "One color" "Two color" "Upload file" "Image url"

  • If you use "One color" in "Select type", you must enter the color code in the custom column. We accept hex codes, because hex codes of colors have the most accuracy.

E.g: for one color

Type one color
  • If you use "Two color" in "Select type", you must enter the color code in the custom column and next to the column custom you need to add the 2nd color code.

E.g: for two color

Type two color
  • If you use "Upload file" or "Image url" in "Select type", you must enter the url link image.

E.g: for upload image

Type upload image

E.g: for image url

Type image url

5. Save data and import data

  • Go back to admin GLOBO Color Swatch -> Option Config page

  • Click Import button

Import button
  • The modal import will open, you can drag the changed csv file or click the add file button

Modal import
  • Click to overwrite all items if you need to replace the old value

  • Click import and wait app read file import

  • When import done, you can see all data import in column preview

    Preview data import

  • You can check it again and click save button

💡 Tips: If you have a lot of raw values, you can edit them all at once, then import each page, this trick will be very fast.

This function supports update data entry for existing options, is not the function of adding new variants.
