By default, all customers can see option sets. However, you can customize visibility for specific individuals or groups by following the steps below:

🔘 Pick Customers Manually

  1. From the app’s top navigation, click Option Sets.

  2. Select the option set you want to target.

  3. Go to the Customers tab.

  4. Enable the Manual toggle.

  5. Click Select Customers.

  6. In the popup, tick the checkboxes next to the customers you want to include.

  7. Click Add to confirm your selection.

  8. To remove access, simply untick the checkboxes next to those customers.

  9. Click Save to apply changes.

⚙️ Pick Customers Using Conditions

  1. From the app’s top navigation, click Option Sets.

  2. Select the option set you want to assign conditionally.

  3. Navigate to the Customers tab.

  4. Enable the Automate toggle.

  5. Define the conditions (e.g., tags, order count, etc.) to target the right customers.

  6. Click Save to complete setup.

💡 This is similar to creating automated customer segments in Shopify.
