Order Invoice with Shopify Order Printer
Our Product Options app works seamlessly with Shopify’s Order Printer app, allowing you to include option details directly on printed invoices.
Follow These Steps:
🛍️ From your Shopify admin, click on Apps
📋 Select Order Printer from your app list
🧩 Click Manage Templates > Invoice
📥 Download the invoice template (click this button to download)
📄 Open the downloaded file and copy the code
📋 Paste the code into the Template Details section
💾 Click Save to apply the changes
Packing Slips
🛠️ Approach #1: Using Shopify Order Printer
Our Product Options app works with Shopify’s Order Printer app, so you can include custom option details right on your packing slips.
📌 Follow These Steps:
🛍️ From your Shopify admin, click on Apps
📋 Select Order Printer from your app list
🧾 Click Manage Templates > Packing slip
📥 Download the packing slip template (click this button to download)
📄 Open the downloaded file and copy the code
📋 Paste the code into the Template Details section
💾 Click Save to finish
🛠️ Approach #2: Through Shopify Settings
This method lets you directly update Shopify’s built-in packing slip template from your store’s settings.
📌 Follow These Steps:
⚙️ From your Shopify admin, click on Settings
🚚 Go to Shipping and Delivery
🧾 Scroll down to the Packing Slip Template section
✏️ Click Edit next to the Packing Slip Template
📥 Download the packing slip template (click this button to download)
📄 Open the downloaded file and copy the code
📋 Paste the code into the Edit Packing Slip Template field
💾 Click Save to apply the changes
Order Confimation Email
This is the email your customer receives right after placing an order. By default, Shopify’s order confirmation email doesn’t include custom option details — but you can change that!
🔔 Note: If you've already customized your email templates, do not copy and paste the full code below. Instead, review and merge it carefully.
📌 Follow These Steps:
⚙️ From your Shopify admin, click on Settings
🔔 Select Notifications
👥 Under Customer Notifications, click Order confirmation
📥 Download the Order Confirmation template (click this button to download)
📄 Open the downloaded file and copy the code
✍️ Paste the code into the Email body (HTML) box
💾 Click Save to finish
Staff Order Notification
This is the email the store owner or staff receives when a customer places a new order. To include product option details, you can customize the notification template by following these steps:
📌 Follow These Steps:
⚙️ From your Shopify admin, click Settings
🔔 Select Notifications
📬 Scroll down to the Staff Order Notifications section
🛒 Click New order
📥 Download the New Order template (click this button to download)
📄 Open the downloaded file and copy the code
✍️ Paste the code into the Email body (HTML) box
💾 Click Save to apply the changes
