Apply Option Sets to Customers

By default, all customers can see option sets. However, you can customize visibility for specific individuals or groups by following the steps below:

From the app’s top navigation, go to Option Sets.

Click the Customers tab.

Selection Customer you want to apply the options:

🔘 Manually

  • Select specific customers to give access to the option set.

  • To remove access, simply untick them.

⚙️ Automate Rules

  • Apply visibility based on customer conditions such as:

    • Customer Tags

    • Customer Names

    • Customer Email

    • Logged-in Customers

    • Guest (Non - Logged-in Customers)

🛍️ All Customers

  • Allow all customers to see the option set.
