I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing challenges with implementing multilingual support in your Shopify store. To enhance your store's language capabilities, consider integrating the following compatible translation applications:
1. Translate Your Store ‑ Weglot:
Weglot is a robust translation app that seamlessly integrates with Shopify, enabling automatic and manual translations of your store's content.
Setup Instructions:
From your Shopify admin dashboard, navigate to the Weglot app.
Click on the "Edit my translations" button located in the top-left area.
In the new translation window, select "Project" from the top navigation.
Proceed to "Shopify settings" in the secondary navigation.
In the "Dynamic Elements" box, input the CSS selector: .gm-menu
. This ensures that dynamic elements, such as those generated by the Globo Mega Menu, are included in the translation process.
Click "Save" to apply the settings.
2. T Lab ‑ AI Translate:
Translation Lab allows for comprehensive translation of various store resources, including products, collections, blogs, and more.
Setup Instructions:
Access the T Lab ‑ AI Translate app from your Shopify admin.
On the Home window, click on "Configure Languages".
In the Languages window, select the language you wish to add or translate.
Navigate to the "Translations" tab to manually translate various resources such as products, collections, blogs, pages, emails, and more.
After completing the translations, visit your website to verify the changes and ensure that the content displays correctly in the selected languages.
Important Considerations:
Manual Adjustments: Some dynamic elements or third-party app content may require manual translation or additional configuration within the translation app.
Support: If you encounter issues during the setup or translation process, consider reaching out to the respective app's support team for specialized assistance.
