# Use Search Analytics

✨The **Search Analytics** feature helps you understand what your customers are searching for on your store. This data can show trends, improve your filter settings, and even help with marketing decisions.

***

### 🔍 What You Can Track

With Search Analytics, you can monitor:

* **Top search terms** used by customers
* **Search terms with no results** — helping you identify gaps in your product catalog
* **Number of search results per keyword**
* **Number of clicks** per search keyword

***

### 📈 Where to Find Search Analytics

1. Open the **Smart Product Filter & Search** app.
2. From the left-hand menu, go to **Analytics.**

Here, you’ll see a dashboard with different tabs showing:

* **Search terms**
* **No result searches**
* **Search result clicks**

***

### **‼️ Important Notice:**

The Search Analytics feature only works if you [enable our app's instant search widget](https://docs.globo.io/filter/instant-search-widget/enable-instant-search-widget).

### 💡 Why This Matters

* Optimize your product catalog based on what users are searching for
* Create new products or collections if searches return no results
* Improve SEO by adjusting product titles and descriptions
