Auto-Charge the remaining balance

The Partial Payment feature allows customers to pay a portion of their order upfront. The remaining balance will be automatically charged later.

How to Configure Partial Payment:

  1. Access Settings:

    • From the App Dashboard, go to Pre-order > Settings > Partial Payment.

  2. Configure Remaining Balance Charge:

    • The remaining balance can be automatically charged on a specific date or X days after checkout.

    • Enable auto-reminder emails to notify customers to pay the remaining amount.

  3. Set Up Overdue Order Notifications:

    • Choose the email address(es) that should receive overdue notifications.

    • Define how many days after checkout the system should send these notifications.

✅ This ensures timely payment collection and keeps both your team and customers informed.
