Overview of Each Email Notification type

1. Notification Email

  • Purpose: Sent to the customer after placing a pre-order, confirming that the product is a pre-order item.


2. Partial Payment Reminder

  • Purpose: Automatically reminds the customer to complete the remaining balance for their pre-ordered item.


3. Partial Payment Due Soon

  • Purpose: Sends daily notifications to the admin about pre-orders that are about to become overdue.


4. Partial Payment Processed

  • Purpose: Notifies the customer that the remaining payment has been successfully processed.


5. Shipping Update

  • Purpose: Automatically notifies the customer if there is a change in the delivery date of the product they ordered.

Follow these steps to enable or customize the content of emails sent to your customers:


Steps:

  1. From the App Dashboard, go to: Settings > Notifications > Select the email you want to configure.

  2. Enable the checkbox: ✅ “Auto-send email to the customer” (if available).

  3. Customize the email content to align with your branding and communication style.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

  5. (Optional) Click Send Test to preview how the email will look to customers.
