How to Translate in multi-language

This document shows how to use the Translation function in the app effectively.

Translate fields on Online store

  1. From the App Dashboard, please navigate to Setting > Translation

  2. Add language

  3. Add the translated version to each field according to the selected langugae

  4. Save

Translation Email template

  1. From the App Dashboard, please navigate to Setting > Translation

  2. Add language

  3. Go to Notification, select the template that needs translating

4. Add the translated version to each template according to the selected language

Note:

  • For Pre-orders: When customers place an order in any language, all related emails—such as notification emails, shipping updates, and more—will be sent using the corresponding language template.

  • For Back in Stock: When a customer subscribes using a specific language, both the restock notification email and thank you message will be sent in the same language.

✅ This ensures a consistent and localized experience for your customers.
