How to set up Back In Stock function

Before setting up the Back-in-Stock feature in detail, please make sure the Back-in-Stock button only appears for out-of-stock variants.

In your App Admin, go to the Back in Stock tab
Under the Appearance tab:
Check whether the Back-in-Stock button is set to be displayed or hidden.
Go to the Condition tab and adjust the settings as follows:
Show only for out-of-stock products with tracked quantity:
Select this option to display the button only when inventory tracking is enabled and the stock reaches zero.
Show only for out-of-stock products with inventory policy:
Choose the appropriate option based on whether the product has “Continue selling when out of stock” enabled or disabled.
Tip: We recommend selecting the “Both” option to cover products that have this setting either enabled or disabled.
Show Back-in-Stock with products:
You can control which specific products will display the Back-in-Stock button alongside Pre-orders by choosing one of the following options:
All out-of-stock products – Show the button for every product that is out of stock.
Choose products – Manually select which products will display the button.
Tags – Use specific product tags to determine where the button appears.
Collections – Apply the setting to entire collections of products.
Hide Back-in-Stock for Specific Products
You can exclude certain products from showing the Back-in-Stock button by using either:
Tags
Collections
Note: After typing a tag, make sure to press Enter so it will be properly applied.
After making your selections, click Save to apply the settings.
