How Pre-order reflects on Cart

This article guides you through configuring the Mixed Cart Warning and enabling Line Item display on the Cart page.

Steps:

From the App Dashboard, go to Pre-order > Appearance > Cart.


1. Mixed Cart Warning

  • This feature alerts customers when their cart contains both pre-order and in-stock products.

  • Customize the warning message by editing the text content.

  • Enable the Mixed Cart Warning option.

Note: This warning is only visible on the Cart page, not on the mini cart or checkout.


2. Show Line Item

  • Enable the Show Line Item option to display pre-order details directly in the cart.

  • Customize the text and color to match your store's style.

  • Optionally, enable a contact link for additional customer support.

    Note: By default, this feature is only available on the Cart page. If you’d like it to appear on the Checkout page, please contact us for customization support.
