Custom Pre-order tag on Order

PreviousHow Pre-order reflects on CartNextAuto-Charge the remaining balance

Last updated 2 months ago

By default, the app adds a "pre-order" tag to orders that contain pre-order items. You can customize this tag to fit your preferences by following these steps:

Steps to Customize the Order Tag:

  1. From the App Admin, go to Pre-order > Settings > Order.

  2. In the Order Tag field, enter your preferred tag.

  3. Click Save to apply the changes.

Update Order Tag After Increasing Pre-sale Limit

If your current plan includes a pre-sale limit, the pre-order tag feature will be automatically disabled once that limit is reached.

If you upgrade your plan later, this setting ensures the pre-order tag will be added to any past orders that were not previously tagged due to the limit.

✅ This ensures consistency across all pre-order records.
