Search products on collection page
By default, Shopify does not include a search box on collection pages. However, the Smart Product Filter & Search app lets you add a search bar so customers can quickly find products within a specific collection.
🛠 Step-by-Step Guide
From your Shopify admin, open the Smart Product Filter & Search app.
In the left-hand menu, click Settings
Turn ON the option Enable search on collection pages.
Click Save to apply the changes.
✅ Result
Once enabled, a search bar will appear at the top of your collection pages, allowing customers to search only within the current collection.
This improves user experience, especially for stores with large or complex collections.
